Movement of Wing Chun Kung Fu Knives ❤✨
The Kung Fu Knives are an essential component of the Wing Chun techniques. These techniques are divided into three sets of basic training forms, taught progressively to develop different aspects of movement and attack. The Chi Sao (short-term) training is a crucial first step in mastering these movements. 
The system consists of 108 actions, organized into 10 groups, complemented by 8 continuous attack skills. These techniques are divided into three different sets of "8 continuous attack actions":
- #1 "Life and Death at Eight Legs"
- #2 "Survival Action at Eight Legs"
- #3 "8 Legs to Continuously Strike"
These movements are designed to continuously strike the opponent from 8 different positions.
Mastery of Wing Chun Kung Fu Knives ✨
In addition to the Kung Fu Knives, there are more than 20 types of movement techniques using the feet called "No Blind Spot," designed to attack opponents from any angle. The "Plum Blossom" technique is particularly notable for its ability to combine movement and kicks, allowing for balanced posture while staying dynamic.
The method also includes the art of striking acupuncture points on the human body, with techniques using a 3-meter staff as well as two 40 cm knives. These techniques, including the "8 Sculpting Knives," are essential for a complete mastery of the Wing Chun System.
